Application for University Dormitory Housing

Students must read and review all conditions carefully and adhere to all requirements.


(A) For First-Time Applicants:

  1. Agree to the housing commitment terms and complete the electronic registration form, then print a coloured copy and attach a recent personal photo.

  2. Visit the Department of Student Housing.

  3. Then proceed to:

    • Registration Department

    • Finance Department

    • Legal Affairs Department

    • Auditing Department

  4. Pay the first instalment of the housing fees.

  5. Required documents:

    • (2) recent photos.

    • Coloured copy of the student’s and father’s national ID.

    • A coloured copy of the death certificate if the father is deceased.

    • Coloured copy of the residency card.

    • Copy of the guarantor’s form submitted during university enrolment.


(B) For Returning Dormitory Residents:

  1. Agree to the housing commitment terms and complete the electronic registration form, then print a coloured copy and attach a recent personal photo.

  2. Visit the Department of Student Housing.

  3. Then proceed to:

    • Registration Department

    • Finance Department

    • Legal Affairs Department

    • Auditing Department

  4. Submit a clearance form confirming no outstanding housing fees from previous years, then pay the first instalment of the current year’s housing fees.

  5. (2) recent photos.

  6. The written commitment file must be printed, signed, and include the student’s full name.
