Collaborative Visit Between the Islamic Finance Departments at Warith Al-Anbiyaa and Baghdad Universities to Strengthen Academic Partnership

In a move aimed at enhancing academic partnership and developing scientific collaboration, a delegation from the College of Islamic Sciences at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University visited the Department of Islamic Finance at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Baghdad. The delegation was led by Dr. Israa Nizam Al-Din Al-Taie, Head of the Department, and included Assistant Lecturer Faiza Emad and Mr. Ahmed Saad.

The delegation was warmly received by Dr. Sanaa Alawi, Head of the corresponding department at Baghdad University. The meeting featured extensive discussions on assessing the current educational reality and ways to activate and develop it. Topics included organizing joint examinations and facilitating inter-departmental cooperation, such as determining the curriculum and approved study materials.

The discussions also addressed the future of postgraduate studies and the prospects for joint academic collaboration between the two universities, aiming to enhance the academic and scientific standards.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to strengthen cooperation through reciprocal field visits, joint scientific activities, and academic trips, supporting communication and academic integration between Baghdad University and Warith Al-Anbiyaa University.
